The Two Major Sessions of T&M New Material Conclude Successfully

On October 31, 2020, T&M New Material Co., Ltd. (Foshan Nanhai) grandly held the "Quality Management System Reconstruction Launch Ceremony & Kick-off Meeting" and the "Corporate Operation and Development Planning Meeting." Members of the T&M New Material General Manager's Office—Wu Gaojie, Liu Feng, and Pan Kui—along with heads of various departments and personnel related to quality management, attended these "Two Sessions."

The launching ceremony and mobilization meeting for the reconstruction of the quality management system officially commenced at 9 a.m. The event was presided over by Pan Kui, Assistant to the General Manager. General Manager Wu Gaojie delivered an important speech at the meeting. He pointed out that the reconstruction of the quality management system is of great significance to the improvement of all future management work.

To high-quality advance the reconstruction of the quality management system, T&M New Material Co., Ltd. specifically appointed Comrade Rao Deming, a systems engineer from the T&M Huibang Group headquarters, as the consulting advisor for this initiative. During the meeting, General Manager Wu Gaojie presented the letter of appointment to Comrade Rao Deming.

Comrade Rao Deming delivered a detailed presentation on the theme of "Quality Management System Documentation and the Operational Processes and Key Considerations for T&M New Material’s Internal Quality Management System."
Following the presentation, the Quality Management System Reconstruction Conference concluded successfully, marked by the passionate and high-spirited oath-taking of all attendees for the "Quality Management System Reconstruction Project."
This initiative is aimed at comprehensively enhancing the product quality awareness of the T&M New Material team, achieving a dual breakthrough in both quality management standards and product quality. The ultimate goal is to provide customers with superior products and services, ensuring they have greater peace of mind and confidence in our offerings.


At 2:00 PM, T&M New Material Co., Ltd. held its 2021 "Corporate Operation and Development Planning Meeting" on schedule. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Wu Gaojie and attended by the heads of all departments.


General Manager Wu Gaojie provided a detailed analysis of the problems currently emerging and existing in T&M New Material's operations and made comprehensive deployments for the next phase of work. Meanwhile, Mr. Wu put forward goals and requirements for various operational development plans:

Stable growth in 2021 operating performance, further enhancing the company's profitability.

Elevating the positioning of customers, products, and quality to a higher level, gradually realizing the "Five Aspects" (superior materials, advanced craftsmanship, elite team, premium quality, and high-value customers).
